Digi-Key held its sixth annual Digi-Key Collegiate Computing Competition Friday, October 21, 2005. A total of seventeen teams from eight universities competed in the all-day event that was held at Digi-Key in Thief River Falls, MN. Over $7,000 in prizes were awarded to students and the departments they represented.

The four-person teams competed in two challenging computing sessions and one word problem session. Check out the 2005 problems these teams tackled:

First Place

Points: 367 out of 765
Team Awards: $200 Best Buy gift cards
Department Award: Bronze traveling trophy and $3000 cash prize
