Low VF Schottky Bridge Rectifier in TO-269AA (Mini-Dip) package
Comchip CDBHD 1A and 2A Series, from 20V up to 100V
  Designed for today's high efficiency applications, Comchip's Low VF Schottky Bridge Rectifiers are available in the industry's smallest bridge rectifier package, the TO-269AA (Mini-Dip). The CDBHD series Schottky bridges (1A and 2A, 20V ~ 100V) perform full wave rectification with an increased efficiency of 25% and better low voltage drop characteristics (0.44V~0.85V vs. the standard 1.0V~1.2V). They also rectify faster than standard bridge rectifiers. Compared to 4 standard SMA Schottky diodes for rectification, the Mini-Dip package reduces PCB space requirements by 50%.
