Analyst, Internet Business Intelligence

Digi-Key Corporation is seeking a self-motivated individual who thinks intuitively to fill the position of Analyst, Internet Business Intelligence. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a combination of education and relevant work experience as well as experience with search engine advertising and search engine optimization. Experience working with cooperative advertising programs would be beneficial. In additional to knowledge about the Internet and online resources and tools, the successful candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of the electronic components industry is necessary. Desired qualities include a positive attitude, excellent written and verbal communications skills, and the ability to give great attention to detail while working independently or as part of a team.

Job duties will include working with search engines to maintain and update our search engine marketing efforts; reporting on key operational metrics; performing ROI analyses, assist in developing customer-centric models and trend tracking; identifying and creating customer segment and marketing opportunities that enhance customer lifetime value and sales; optimizing web pages, analyzing data, and tracking results; working with third-party enterprise solutions to implement, monitor, and maintain search engine efforts; preparing and presenting cooperative advertising plans to selected suppliers; and monitoring and reporting key metrics related to online advertising programs and making recommendations regarding these programs. Some travel is required.
