Bilingual Sales & Customer Service Correspondent (French)

Applicants must be fluent in English and French, have excellent communications skills, enjoy working with people and be highly motivated with a positive attitude. Good keyboarding skills are desirable. The successful applicant must be eligible and available to work in our Thief River Falls, Minn. USA facility. Digi-Key has an excellent training program, which will provide our bilingual Correspondents with the knowledge and skills to respond comfortably to the needs and requests of customers.
Job responsibilities will include responding to incoming telephone calls in English and French (primarily French Canadian dialect), providing information to callers regarding price inquiries and stock availability, entering customer orders in English, representing the customer’s interests when interacting with other Digi-Key departments, and providing outstanding customer service as well as excellent overall communication with Digi-Key’s growing international customer base.
