Business Analyst, Information Technology

Digi-Key Corporation is currently seeking two individuals to fill the positions of Business Analyst in its Information Technology department. In addition to excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills, successful candidates will possess adeptness for planning and organization. Requirements also include experience working within a structured project methodology environment and demonstrated project leadership skills and/or a high degree of specialized experience (i.e. software engineering).

Responsibilities will include facilitating both business and technical teams to discover business and technical requirements; conducting process modeling, data modeling, and gap analysis; creating and maintaining use case models, use cases, and supplementary specifications; participating in the creation of the visual realization of the use cases; participating in the definition of system navigation; developing business requirements using tools to provide traceability; applying basic project management principals utilizing and understanding Microsoft PM applications; utilizing tools for issue, defect, and enhancements documentation and resolution; reviewing requirements with testing team including test plans, test scenarios, and test cases; and other duties as assigned/required.
