Announce Global Distribution Agreement for Power DevicesTHIEF RIVER FALLS, Minnesota and DURHAM, North Carolina - January 11, 2007 — Digi-Key Corporation and Cree, Inc. announced today the signing of a global distribution agreement for Cree’s silicon carbide-based power devices.
