Digi-Key Corporation Signs Worldwide Distribution Agreement with DLP Design, Inc.

THIEF RIVER FALLS, Minnesota and Allen, Texas - September 25, 2008 — Digi-Key Corporation and DLP Design, Inc. announced today that the companies have entered into a worldwide distribution agreement.

DLP Design provides hardware and software solutions that make it easy for engineers and hobbyists to interface to a host computer via the USB interface. Products include USB adaptors, USB security dongles, development boards, modules and adapters, temperature humidity sensors, microcontroller FLASH programmers, prototyping boards, and RF/RFID products.

DLP Design products stocked by Digi-Key are available for purchase directly from Digi-Key. These products are featured on Digi-Key's websites and will be featured in future print catalogs.
