Digi-Key Agreement with Tyco Electronics Expanded to Worldwide Franchise

THIEF RIVER FALLS, Minnesota - November 12, 2008 — Digi-Key Corporation announced today that it has recently expanded its current franchise agreement with Tyco Electronics to a global authorization.
