Digi-Key Corporation and Crouzet Announce Global Distribution Agreement

THIEF RIVER FALLS, Minnesota and COPPELL, Texas - May 1, 2007 — Digi-Key Corporation and Crouzet today announced the signing of a global distribution agreement. One of the fastest growing distributors of electronic components in the world, Digi-Key Corporation ships products to more than 140 countries from its product distribution center in Thief River Falls, MN.

Headquartered in France, Crouzet is a global manufacturer and supplier of industrial automation control products, specializing in solid-state relays, logic controllers and snap-action limit switches.

Crouzet products stocked by Digi-Key include several solid-state relays, I/O modules and mounting boards. These products are featured in both Digi-Key’s print and online catalogs with this new distribution agreement enabling Digi-Key to fulfill both the prototype and production quantity needs of its diverse customer base.
