Kemet 630V CapacitorIn order to meet growing demand, KEMET is pleased to announce the addition of a 630V product offering in both C0G and X7R dielectrics and in case sizes ranging from EIA 0805 thru 2225. High Voltage MLCC's provide excellent humidity resistance and are designed as a surface-mount replacement for a wide range of high-frequency and high voltage applications including snubbers in high-frequency power converters, and filters in switching power supplies and DC to DC converters.

KEMET's High Voltage Surface Mount Capacitors are designed to withstand high voltage applications. They offer high capacitance with low leakage current and low ESR at high frequency. The capacitors have 100% matte tin terminations for excellent solderability. X7R dielectrics are not designed for AC line filtering applications. An insulating coating may be required to prevent surface arcing. These components are RoHS compliant.
