SuperH

The first 32-bit SuperH RISC device was introduced in 1993. In the years since, this popular product line has continuously grown and steadily evolved. Today it encompasses ten major product families, with more in development. The MCUs in the SH-1, SH-2, SH2-DSP, and SH-2A series for general-purpose embedded systems offer CPU performance up to 480 MIPS and have reliable, high-capacity flash memory that is easy to use and simplifies system designs.
